Offices

Secretariat
The Secretarial Office, in addition to working closely with the Director and organizing his or her schedule, manages document flows, coordinates the Protocol Office, and maintains the current and deposit Archives. Handles incoming e-mail from the institutional mailbox and certified mail. Sends outgoing correspondence, performs daily checking and recording of ministerial circulars.
Protocol Office
The Protocol Office handles the daily filing of incoming and outgoing documents, classification using the relevant ministerial title book, entry into digital files, document registration and image capture.

Personnel Office
The Personnel Office is responsible for the management and maintenance of personnel files, coordination of all fulfillments on legal status, economic treatment, pension fulfillments, and the
preparation of administrative acts and all related paperwork.

Accounting Office

In addition to bookkeeping, the Accounts Office is in charge of activities concerning the investigation of purchasing-related files in collaboration with the contracts office.
In particular, it holds the relationships with the Bank of Italy, the State Accounting Office and is responsible for the SICOGE, MEPA utilities, on the DIPE platform for the CUP code request with the dedicated skills in the ANAC portal for the production of the CIG code related to contracts.

Technical Office
The areas of responsibility of the Technical Office cover services inherent to the contracting stations in addition to design, maintenance of the premises, support to the purchasing office and support to the activities of the RSPP. It ensures the planning, design, implementation, monitoring and control of interventions to be carried out on the buildings and cultural heritage under the Directorate’s responsibility.

Press and Communication Office
Takes care of internal and external communication as part of the enhancement activities of the Directorate’s Museums through press, web and social information channels. Ensures the promotion of cultural heritage and events through programmed planning, in constant dialogue with the various professionals in the Office. Handles relations with the press by drafting press releases. Promotes regional and national awareness and implementation of centrally promoted initiatives in the field of tourism enhancement and promotion.

Exhibitions and Concessions Office
Prepares and develops specific enhancement agreements transversal to the museum system, both in terms of the modalities inherent to access to the venues and the sharing of specific cultural programs in agreement with other Entities/Subjects both public and private, while assisting the individual venues in their individual activities. Manages the functions proper to the Exhibitions Office (art. 48 and 66 Legislative Decree 42/2004), ensures general coordination, care of programs through the development of a shared standardized procedure, definition and updating of formats and loan contracts. Supports technical work during set-up choices and field inspections. Provides instructional and procedural input to the various offices regarding acquisitions of cultural goods, in various capacities, and liaison with General Directorate for Museums.

Contracts and Procurement Office
The Office deals with procurement procedures, with reference to public contracting regulations, necessary for the finalization and stipulation of legal obligations relating to works, services and supplies to ensure the operation of the State Museums and Institutes of Culture of Sardinia pertaining to the Regional Directorate of Museums Sardinia.

Office of Didactics, Education and Research
Coordinates the scientific activities, of teaching, with particular reference to relations with universities, research organizations and educational institutions of all levels; takes care of the scientific coordination of activities for the activation of internship and PCTO (school/work alternation) paths, identification of tutors; prepares promotion and heritage education projects and collection of user data.

Accessibility Office
Develops and coordinates projects to improve cognitive and sensory physical accessibility and the overcoming of architectural barriers; prepares projects to promote inclusive development of culture and collaborations with sector bodies and institutions.
