The exhibition, coordinated by professor Roberto Satta and created with the help of the students of the Publishing Systems for the Arts, Department of Communication and Art Education of the Accademia di Belle Arti “Mario Sironi” of Sassari, presents the portraits of characters wearing traditional clothing seen through the work of the interpreters of Sardinian painting of the ‘900, like Antonio Ballero, Mario Delitala, Filippo Figari, and Carmelo Floris. The students caught the particular gaze for a selfie that travels between past, present, and future.

Viewers will experience a glance over the horizon of our eyes. Accessible and receptive to new proposals, the exhibition is the result of an historical/scientific art research, seen within an precise revision and graphic restoration.
