Let’s discover the ancient Turris Libisonis with books.
The Museo Archeologico Nazionale Antiquarium Turritano of Porto Torres, with its evocative setting and its archaeological area, is organizing an unusual visit, enriched with readings from ancient and modern books. This event takes inspiration from Il maggio dei Libri (May of Books), promoted by the Centro per il libro e la lettura del Mibact, in association with the European Year of Cultural Heritage. Present and past world will be reached through books, while appreciating the history of the colony of Turris Libisonis. Different tours are available for adults, and for children six to nine years of age.
