Drawing families into the world of culture through the discovery of Italian museums and the importance of reading with children.
As part of the popular event Let’s read at the museum a workshop has been organized for Friday 16 November, 2019, at 16.00 in the classroom of the Museo Antiquarium Turritano of Porto Torres. The event is promoted by the Associazione Kid Pass Culture.
In the past when it was hard to explain events and phenomena of difficult comprehension, such as fire, thunder, and lightning, the ancients relied on the myths, extraordinary stories of men, heroes, and gods. Children will discover which were the most popular myths in the ancient Roman colony of Turris Libisonis, while reading and playing.
