On Saturday, 10 October 2020, at 18.00 it will be possible to live the experience of a virtual tour of the archaeological area of Turris Libisonis, a full immersion in the atmosphere of the thermal baths and the shops of the colony, using 3D technology and VR visors with augmented reality.
The reproduction project was created by the Direzione Regionale Musei della Sardegna in cooperation with Jacopo Bonetto and Arturo Zara of the Dipartimento dei Beni Culturali dell’Università of Padova Daniele Brusich of Archeologia 7emezzo, and Gianni Alvito of Teravista. The initiative will be repeated on the 23rd and 30th of October.
In compliance with the rules for the containment and management of the epidemiological emergency from Covid-19, admissions will be limited. Disposable masks for the use of the visors, which will be sanitized after each use, will be provided to all visitors.
